MARC PAUL CHINOY
PRESIDENT
Marc Paul Chinoy is the founder and president of The Regis Group, Inc. Chinoy is an internationally recognized executive facilitator experienced in strategic planning, issue resolution, and transition management. Chinoy provides strategic planning and decision support to a wide range of industries including telecommunications, healthcare, and the legal profession.
Chinoy has facilitated both harmonization and industry-wide issue resolution efforts related to Healthcare with an emphasis on quality assurance, nursing, and pharmacy. Chinoy was engaged at the request of the FCC to manage the coordination of a wide range of leaders from the telecommunications industry in the creation of consumer protection guidelines regarding fraudulent billing practices known as 'Cramming.'
Recently, Chinoy acted as a facilitator for multinational discussions intended to lead to international patent law harmonization. In this matter, Chinoy was engaged by the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) acting in cooperation with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), an engagement which resulted in successful efforts to assist the European Union select a single patent search system for the continent. Marc played an important role in key merger and acquisition ventures, including the divestiture of Bell Communications Research, Inc. by the (then) seven Regional Bell Operating Companies.
In addition to consulting and facilitation, Chinoy has frequently spoken publicly on Intellectual Property-related subjects, and conducted training on subjects related to business success through planning and cyclical decision making processes. He has conducted executive training and leadership development for the United States Chamber of Commerce Institutes for Organization Management at prominent universities throughout the country.

RICHARD EARLE
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Richard Earle is a Cause Marketing, Branding, and Advertising Evaluation consultant with over 30 years experience at U.S. advertising agencies including Doyle Dane Bernbach, Grey, and most recently, Saatchi & Saatchi, New York, where he was Executive Vice President, Group Creative Director. He wrote major campaigns for Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Revlon, and created advertising for over 50 national brands. He also created or supervised a number of award-winning public service campaigns, including the first national anti-drug campaign for NIMH, and the Keep America Beautiful "Crying Indian" series.
Earle has recently served as advertising and branding consultant to public interest organizations such as Mass. Department of Public Health, Mass. Council on Compulsive Gambling, SmartPower, and the Clean Energy Group. He has done advertising evaluations for the California Energy Efficiency campaign, the University of Toronto, and the Office of National Drug Control Policy.
A graduate of Amherst College, he is currently an Instructor at the Harvard School of Public Health, and author of the book "The Art of Cause Marketing: How to Use Advertising to Change Personal Behavior and Public Policy."

PHIL MORPHEW
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Phil Morphew was President and Chief Executive Officer of Health Care Excel (HCE), a Health Quality Improvement Organization, from 1980 to 2001. Phil left HCE to serve in the Peace Corps in Zimbabwe. He was assigned to ZAPSO, a national HIV/AIDS organization, and worked with the Board and management in strategic planning. Phil has continued to be involved in Zimbabwe through his own charitable initiatives.
Phil has served on the boards of directors of many non-profit entities. He is a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of the James Q. Cannon Foundation. Until recently, Phil served as a member of the Board and Treasurer of the American Health Quality Association. His experience in governance provides a solid basis for governance consultation to clients.
A skilled facilitator, Phil serves a number of Regis clients as a planner, strategist, evaluator, and in helping clients reach resolution of challenging issues. He is knowledgeable in issues of transparency in health care, and assists clients in community endeavors in improving the value of care at the community level.
Phil is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Business, and holds a Masters Degree from Dartmouth College.

ERIC ZIMMERMAN
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Virginia resident Eric V. Zimmerman has been a member of the Loudoun County Bar Association since beginning his practice in 1975. He has served that organization as Secretary and as past member of the Judicial Selection Committee. He also has been appointed by the local judges to serve as a Commissioner in Chancery for the Court. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Real Property Section of the Virginia State Bar. The Real Property Section operates under the auspices of the Virginia Supreme Court and responds to questions raised by the Bar and that Court to matters of concern involving real estate issues.
In 1999 he served as President of the Greater Loudoun Babe Ruth World Series at which time the national World Series for 16-year olds was held in Virginia for the first time in its history. As a result of that effort he was named 1998 Loudoun County Citizen of the Year. Moreover, he was honored by his profession with the "Tradition of Excellence Award" from the Virginia State Bar wherein one attorney is acknowledged by his peers for volunteer service to his community.
His dedication outside the office was further demonstrated by serving two terms as Mayor of his hometown of Purcellville, Virginia where he has resided since 1983. During that time his town faced the demands of a fast-growing community of diverse interests. Finally, to "relax" he coaches youth sports.

DAVID BASCH
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
David W. Basch served in a leadership role for over 25 years at the global ad agency, Saatchi & Saatchi, with the last 8 years in the position of Executive Management Director, Executive V.P.
After departing from Saatchi & Saatchi, Basch established an independent practice as a personal business coach and senior marketing consultant providing guidance and transition coaching to top professionals. In his role as a professional certified coach (PCC), David has been engaged by a wide range of executives, creative managers, and business owners seeking to strike a balance between working goals and life satisfaction.
The DWB coaching and consulting program is based on the premise that all business growth is driven by people who are successful as individuals. Personal growth and success correlates directly to business growth and success.
Similarly, DWB works directly with senior leaders to clarify and, if necessary, refocus their marketing efforts.
Elements of the DWB programs being offered are:

Added value is provided via qualitative research as a tool to explore and confirm business concepts and strategies.

David’s personal life has been equally fulfilling as the father of five. He resides in the beautiful mid-Hudson Valley after a lifetime in the Big Apple and has most recently joined The Regis Group as a senior associate.

CLAUDIA BARRIENTOS
V.P. CLIENT SERVICES
Claudia Barrientos joined The Regis Group, Inc. in 2005 and quickly established herself with all clients as the major 'go-to' source. In her role as the Group's Lead Client Contact and Client/Project Manager, Claudia is responsible for all Client-related Planning and Development documentation, and is the primary day-to-day (and frequently hour-to-hour) point of contact with the preponderance of Regis consulting clients. She was appointed Vice President in 2007 in recognition of her considerable talent and thoughtful input.
Claudia graduated from The Catholic University of America in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Minor in Philosophy. Prior to joining The Regis Group, Claudia worked as a Customer Relations Specialist at Ashburn Pediatrics.

DAWN GRIECO
OFFICE MANAGER
As Office Manager, Dawn Grieco is responsible for all office management, travel logistics and administrative support at the Regis Group.
Dawn joined the Regis Group in September 2006, reentering the work force after a 13-year hiatus to raise her two children.
Prior to that, Dawn was a Computer Programmer/Analyst in the Insurance, banking, retail, and business solutions industries in New Hampshire and Connecticut. She has an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from New Hampshire Technical Institute.
Dawn hails from Keene, NH and lives with her husband and two children in Leesburg, VA where they have lived since 1998. In her spare time she volunteers for the Loudoun County school system and has been a community swim team manager for three years.

ANN W. FLEER
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Ann W. Fleer joined The Regis Group earlier this year (in February 2008) as our Accounting Manager. She is responsible for all of the day to day financial operations of TRG. She actively works with our associates, staff and clients to ensure timely completion of all invoicing and payment processing.
Ann has over thirty years of experience in bookkeeping and financial management. She has worked with many service industry businesses from catering companies to aeronautical systems suppliers. She enjoys the challenges of keeping track of the details and making sure they stay organized.
Ann was born and raised in Virginia and has raised her family here as well. She currently lives in Herndon, VA, and enjoys trips to Colorado to spend time with her new granddaughter.

CLYDE
SENIOR LAB ASSOCIATE
Clyde, who prefers to be addressed by his first name, functions as the Regis Group's chief morale officer. In addition to contributing to the cardio fitness of Regis Group Officers, employees, and Associates, Clyde plays a significant role in most Regis Group meetings.
From a key vantage point under the conference table, Clyde has a unique technique of signaling when the discussion has gone on too long, or is becoming unproductive.
He often travels with Regis President Marc Chinoy lending logistical support and bringing critical insights to all his activities.
Known for his slick dark hair, and flashing eyes, Clyde's open and enthusiastic demeanor has made many new friends for the Regis Group throughout his tenure there.
